Effective Date: June 12, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms By authenticating and connecting your Google account to the BMSG Council infrastructure, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. This integration is designed exclusively to support the operational and marketing needs of Burn My Shallow Ground (BMSG).
2. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance The BMSG Council's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. Data Access and Revocation When you authorize BMSG through Google OAuth, we only request the specific scopes necessary to perform the requested automated tasks (e.g., managing YouTube data, processing analytics).
We do not access data outside of the explicitly granted permissions.
You can revoke BMSG's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account Security settings (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).
4. Data Storage and Retention Any data retrieved via Google APIs is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the operational task it was requested for. The BMSG Council does not indefinitely store user tokens or personal data beyond the active session or task requirement.
5. Limitation of Liability The BMSG Council services are provided "as is." Dominic Veit / BMSG shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the OAuth integration.
6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Markt Schwaben/Bavaria.
